Description

  • Build and scale the partnership marketing program and identify high-impact joint initiatives with external partners.
  • Prioritize and execute joint initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, sales, demand generation) and partners (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Lead creation of marketing and enablement assets and content that support partner campaigns and sales engagement.
  • Support partner sales enablement through positioning, content, and training materials.
  • Track and report performance metrics for partner activities, set goals, and continuously optimize programs based on results.
  • Shape partnership strategy by identifying opportunities, defining go-to-market approaches, and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, a related marketing role, or a technical position (e.g., solutions architect, support engineering, technical product marketing).
  • Proven track record working with cloud providers and strategic partners (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver across multiple stakeholders.
  • Versatile content creation skills with experience producing assets across formats and audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience setting goals, tracking performance, and iterating on strategy and content.
  • Deep understanding of databases, particularly OLAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions and levels.
  • Bonus: experience in infrastructure, open source, or database technologies, or prior technical role or technical field of study.
