Description

  • Define and own the security product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud across access control, encryption, audit logging, network boundaries, and tenant isolation.
  • Work with engineering to deliver secure features and ensure the control plane and data plane follow multi-tenant cloud security best practices.
  • Support enterprise deployment models such as BYOC, private regions, and air-gapped environments by enabling secure architecture patterns and controls.
  • Partner with compliance to ensure product capabilities support SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP requirements.
  • Engage with customers to understand security and compliance needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to create messaging, documentation, and training for security and compliance features.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for security product matters and communicate roadmaps and expectations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on cloud security, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security principles, including IAM, network security, encryption, secrets management, and audit logging.
  • Experience delivering secure multi-tenant architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and GDPR.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to discuss access policies, secure service-to-service communication, and threat modeling with engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across security, legal, compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Preferred: prior experience securing a data platform, database product, or real-time analytics service.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ClickHouse or databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Preferred: experience supporting BYOC or private deployment models.
  • Preferred: background working with open source software or developer-focused products.
