Description

  • Collaborate on the creation and evolution of the agile transformation roadmap.
  • Own and drive transformation activities across the organization.
  • Support the development and monitoring of agile adoption and maturity metrics.
  • Define and maintain consistent agile standards and best practices.
  • Advance best practices for scaling and optimizing the agile practice.
  • Develop and deliver training materials across the organization.
  • Provide individual coaching to delivery team members, managers, executives, and other employees.
  • Participate in, organize, and facilitate communities of practice to encourage lean and agile thinking.
  • Mentor agile delivery teams, coaches, stakeholders, and leaders through organizational change.
  • Fill in as Scrum Master or Team Coach as needed based on organizational needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience implementing Scrum or Kanban from the ground up for multiple teams.
  • 3+ years of agile coaching experience across multiple teams.
  • Proven leadership experience supporting agile transformation in large organizations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of agile at scale and cultural/organizational change management.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and teach teams while working with senior management.
  • Ability to manage senior-level relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for clients, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Experience with two or more agile or lean frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or Extreme Programming.
  • Certified ScrumMaster required; PSM is acceptable.
  • Coaching certification preferred, such as ICP-ACC, Co-Active, ORSC, CEC, or CTC.
  • SAFe certification preferred.
  • Must be within reasonable commuting distance to the Tampa Bay area or willing to relocate without assistance.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
