Description

  • Analyze and review property valuation reports to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards.
  • Partner with real estate professionals and vendors nationwide to gather and validate property data.
  • Meet quantifiable processing standards and individual productivity/quality targets for valuation work.
  • Analyze valuation/completion data to support identification of market trends.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to improve vendor relations and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with account specialists to prioritize and ensure delivery of high‑priority reports to customers.
  • Communicate findings and escalations clearly in writing and verbally to internal teams and external partners.
  • Work additional scheduled hours when needed to meet deadlines and customer commitments.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated creative problem‑solving abilities and a sense of urgency, responsiveness, and attentiveness.
  • Effective written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency with common computer programs and Internet applications.
  • Ability to meet quantifiable processing standards and productivity expectations.
  • Availability to work the specified full‑time shifts (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST) and to work additional scheduled hours when needed.
  • Real estate or appraisal experience is a plus (preferred).
