Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the target region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and client needs.
  • Engage C-level executives and key decision-makers to present Cleafy’s value proposition and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports on metrics and forecasts.
  • Share client feedback with technical and product teams to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Attend industry events and represent Cleafy professionally to increase market visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology, with a focus on enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer requirements.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience working with financial institutions is preferred.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
