Description

  • Lead client projects from research and discovery through final delivery, ensuring client-ready outcomes.
  • Review and refine team work, provide constructive feedback, and contribute hands-on support when needed.
  • Mentor and guide UI/UX Designers to strengthen their growth and maintain high design standards.
  • Own client-facing updates, including final design checks and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Improve workflows, optimize design processes, and keep project files and documentation organized.
  • Validate design estimates and communicate priorities early to support project planning.
  • Oversee design system creation and implementation to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Foster a collaborative design culture through guidelines, workshops, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital design experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role in an agency or product team.
  • Strong hands-on UI/UX skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire designers.
  • Experience solving complex UX challenges and aligning design decisions with business strategy and user needs.
  • Experience leading projects from research to delivery while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Confidence in conducting design reviews, giving constructive feedback, and setting clear quality standards.
  • Experience building and managing design systems for scalability and consistency across products.
  • Skills in design operations, including workflow organization, file structuring, documentation, and collaboration optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with PMs and developers to support smooth delivery and implementation.
  • Comfort taking responsibility for client-facing deliverables and presentations.
  • Strong written English skills; spoken English fluency is preferred.
  • Timezone within 2 hours of CET.
