Description

  • Lead client communication and serve as the primary project contact.
  • Clarify client needs, requirements, and expectations.
  • Work with development teams to understand technical requirements, risks, and implementation approaches.
  • Translate technical information clearly between clients and internal teams.
  • Identify project issues, dependencies, and gaps in requirements proactively.
  • Coordinate with project management, UI/UX, design, and development teams to maintain project progress.
  • Guide project execution, planning, and scope decisions.
  • Lead client discussions, reviews, and workshops.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency, product, or web development environment.
  • Strong technical background or significant experience working closely with development teams, particularly on website projects.
  • Understanding of web and product development processes and confidence discussing technical topics.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other common project management methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, proactive decision-making, and project execution skills.
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Located within approximately three hours of Central European Time.
  • Russian language proficiency and fluent spoken and written English.
  • Technical understanding sufficient to work confidently with developers; hands-on coding experience is not required.
