  • Monitor and adapt content styles to improve performance over time.

Requirements

  • English fluency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep interest in social media and content creation.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual appeal.
  • Viral-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze why content performs.
  • Strong understanding of Gen-Z humor and American pop culture.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time, and stay accountable.
