Description

  • Create clear, user-friendly Help Center articles and knowledge base content that translate complex product logic into actionable guidance.
  • Write original campaign messaging that reflects brand values and supports marketing objectives.
  • Develop persuasive copy across websites, system communications, email campaigns, and UX/UI surfaces.
  • Edit and improve existing content to ensure consistency with marketing strategy, tone, and positioning.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Project Managers to deliver clear messaging for different user groups.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to keep content visually cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with goals.
  • Weave product information and industry trends into cohesive narratives that support business objectives and brand messaging.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, journalism, UX writing, or a closely related content role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field.
  • Strong technical writing skills, especially for Help Center and knowledge base content.
  • Chinese language proficiency is required, including reading Chinese PRDs and communicating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or traditional finance is preferred.
  • Ability to integrate AI workflows into daily work to improve delivery performance.
  • Product-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of product workflows, logic, and the user journey.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including prioritization, multi-project handling, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience using GenAI tools in writing and content development workflows is preferred.
  • Portfolio or work samples showing strategic or brand-building concepts across multiple platforms is preferred.
  • 2+ years of agency experience or equivalent creative industry experience across digital, social, and long-form content is preferred.
