Description

  • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops and requirements confirmation sessions with customer stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end view of project requirements across multi-departmental, multi-phase implementation programs.
  • Identify, document, and manage requirements gaps, dependencies, and delivery risks before they affect outcomes.
  • Perform business assessments and document business and technical requirement specifications for forms, reports, interfaces, integrations, processes, and configuration changes.
  • Advise on efficient solution configurations using expertise in Clariti and Salesforce platforms.
  • Provide configured solution demonstrations that reinforce business value and support customer acceptance.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the statement of work and project plan to control scope and manage change requests.
  • Raise risks and issues with recommended mitigations and partner with stakeholders to drive resolution.
  • Attend and lead scrum ceremonies, including reviewing and approving user stories.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate implementation consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing, tools, and delivery methodology.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology enablement, implementation consulting, or business analysis.
  • Experience in SaaS, public sector, or permitting/community development domains is preferred.
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops and leading requirements-gathering engagements with enterprise or public-sector clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects with evolving scope and competing priorities.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Experience as a lead consultant or business analyst in implementation or configuration projects involving Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Experience working with system integrator partners in a lead or oversight capacity.
  • Experience working in Agile or modified-Agile delivery environments.
  • AI-curious mindset with demonstrated interest or experience applying AI tools to improve implementation workflows.
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies such as Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid approaches is a bonus.
  • Experience with enterprise integration strategies and data migration, including data integrity assurance, is a bonus.
  • Experience with data visualization and process mapping tools such as Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart is a bonus.
  • Travel required up to 25%.
  • Successful candidates must complete comprehensive background checks before joining.
