Description

  • Perform business assessments and document client requirements for Clariti software products and functionality.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into solution design for forms, reports, interfaces, processes, and related changes.
  • Use knowledge of Salesforce and the Clariti solution to propose effective responses to business and technical problems.
  • Support customers, partners, and Clariti teams throughout all phases of implementation projects using SDLC and implementation best practices.
  • Serve as the Clariti software expert for assigned clients across the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate and negotiate with customers, partners, and internal teams to align solutions with business requirements, scope, and best practices.
  • Help overcome implementation challenges and ensure design objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.
  • Explore and apply AI tools to improve requirements documentation, user stories, test scripts, and delivery efficiency.
  • Contribute to Clariti teams, tools, processes, and mechanisms to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of comparable work experience.
  • Experience as a lead, business analyst, or consultant in implementation or configuration projects with Salesforce or other permitting-domain tools.
  • Ability to interpret user requirements from current state to future state based on customer interviews.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification or commitment to obtain it within 12 months of hire.
  • Experience leading implementations with clients or working with partners/system integrators.
  • Experience working in an Agile or modified-Agile environment.
  • Expert communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • AI-curious mindset with demonstrated interest or experience using AI tools to improve implementation workflows and project delivery.
  • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies (bonus).
  • Understanding of data migration methodologies, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis (bonus).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Visio and Excel (bonus).
  • Domain knowledge in the public sector, such as community development, business licensing, permitting, or payment integrations (bonus).
