Description

  • Project manage the end-to-end seasonal recruitment lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings, resume review workflows, interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Ensure an empathetic, transparent, and prompt candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate seasonal new hire onboarding, including offer letters, systems access, data entry, and training schedules.
  • Support offboarding at the end of the season, including asset retrieval and related process coordination.
  • Assist with daily Operations tasks, including candidate and vendor inquiries, onboarding requirements, and employment verifications.
  • Partner with the Operations team and CEO office on special projects as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and high data integrity across HR and recruiting systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, Rippling, and Asana.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating high-volume recruitment cycles or supporting People/Operations functions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment, preferred.
  • Strong organization and detail orientation, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and scheduling across time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver a warm, professional candidate experience and collaborate effectively using Slack, Asana, and email.
  • Comfort navigating changing priorities in seasonal hiring while maintaining strict confidentiality of candidate and employee data.
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage technical systems for Operations and HR functions.
  • Previous experience using Greenhouse and Rippling, preferred.
  • Previous work in or exposure to the political, progressive, or civic technology space, preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; Civitech does not sponsor or support employment-based visas or work authorization for this role.
