Description

  • Own the web user journey strategy by ICP and product family to create conversion-optimized experiences.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization efforts using A/B testing, analytics, and behavioral insights.
  • Manage web analytics infrastructure, including GA4, tag management, and attribution reporting.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion, lead volume, and pipeline impact.
  • Partner with the SEO Manager to align organic search and web performance activities.
  • Contribute to the web transformation programme by shaping requirements and performance criteria.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain campaign landing pages and product content directly in the CMS.
  • Ensure web pages and landing pages are high-quality, on-brand, and aligned with commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in web performance and conversion rate optimisation, with a track record of improving conversion metrics and pipeline contribution in a B2B web estate.
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is ideally preferred.
  • Advanced web analytics capability with hands-on proficiency in GA4 or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience with tag management systems and attribution modelling.
  • Strong CRO methodology and testing discipline, including designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Ability to build a structured experimentation programme that drives continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of ICP-based web journey design and persona-led on-site experiences.
  • Commercially oriented and pipeline-focused, with the ability to connect web performance data to revenue outcomes and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on proficiency with CMS platforms and the practical ability to build, design, and deploy web and landing pages independently.
  • Broader technical literacy to contribute to web infrastructure and platform transformation discussions.
