Description

  • Serve as the SME for SOX ITGCs and ITACs across Supply Chain Technology applications, including access management, change management, segregation of duties, and infrastructure controls.
  • Design, operate, and continuously improve IT controls within the Supply Chain Technology portfolio.
  • Document control narratives, detailed control execution SOPs, control objectives, and control matrices.
  • Collect, review, and provide audit evidence accurately and on time.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors on ITGC and application controls.
  • Support audit readiness and control reviews for SOX compliance.
  • Assess the impact of system and process changes on controls and coordinate mitigation actions with project and technology teams.
  • Partner with internal IT GRC teams and business stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Use SQL and reporting tools to analyze application data and produce SOX compliance reports.
  • Advise project teams on compliance mitigation solutions and help prioritize risk-based work.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is mandatory, with daily exposure and close interaction with the American client team.
  • Experience with IT General Controls (ITGCs).
  • Strong experience supporting IT application controls in enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with auditors.
  • Strong knowledge of IT control requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with supply chain, WMS, or integrated enterprise applications is preferred.
  • Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, or Jira is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills for audit support and analysis are preferred.
  • Familiarity with SDLC environments and assessing system change impacts on controls is preferred.
