Description

  • Define and evolve the product test strategy, including test pyramid structure and regression and acceptance coverage.
  • Promote quality practices within the development team and act as a technical reference for quality.
  • Develop and maintain functional, regression, and end-to-end test automation for web applications.
  • Perform API testing, validating contracts, flows, and expected service behavior.
  • Use SQL to validate data, investigate inconsistencies, and support issue resolution in production and staging environments.
  • Collaborate with developers to refine acceptance criteria and bring a quality perspective to delivery planning.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to prioritization, planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Advanced English for conversation.
  • Experience with test automation using Playwright or Cypress.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data validation and issue investigation.
  • Experience testing web applications built with React and Next.js.
  • Experience with functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience working in teams that use agile processes and methodologies.
  • Autonomy to propose process improvements and communicate quality risks clearly.
  • Experience with the Q2 digital banking platform and its SDKs is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Campinas metropolitan region offices if residing in that area, according to the company attendance policy.
