Description

  • Develop and maintain data transformations using SQL and dbt or similar frameworks.
  • Query, transform, and validate data in Snowflake to support analytics and reporting.
  • Build and maintain data models aligned with business and analytical requirements.
  • Investigate data quality, consistency, and accuracy issues by tracing data through pipelines.
  • Analyze and optimize SQL queries and transformation logic for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data developers, analysts, and business stakeholders on data requirements and new source onboarding.
  • Translate business and analytical needs into documented datasets and data models.
  • Support maintenance and continuous improvement of existing data pipelines and workflows.
  • Follow established data modeling, testing, documentation, and development best practices.
  • Support analytics and reporting solutions, including dashboard support when needed.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 or above), written and verbal.
  • Solid hands-on experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and validating data.
  • Practical experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt or a similar data transformation framework.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling concepts and ETL/ELT principles.
  • Experience investigating and troubleshooting data quality and consistency issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to translate business and analytical requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Experience with Tableau or other BI/dashboarding tools (nice to have).
  • Experience with Git and basic CI/CD workflows (nice to have).
  • Exposure to modern data stack practices (nice to have).
  • Experience with product analytics, customer behavior, or operational data (nice to have).
