Description

  • Define design requirements with product, engineering, and research stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors, and develop personas and user journeys.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and other UX deliverables.
  • Design intuitive interfaces and interactive prototypes to validate concepts and align teams.
  • Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure design consistency.
  • Own design problems end-to-end, from concept through delivery and post-launch iteration.
  • Identify opportunities and advise product and business stakeholders as a strategic design partner.
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and cross-functional sessions to align priorities and drive decisions.
  • Prepare documentation and specifications for engineering handoff.
  • Present and justify design decisions using clear verbal and visual storytelling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing successful digital products and services.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, user research, personas, and user journeys.
  • Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, or similar design tools.
  • Experience with InVision, Figma prototyping, Origami, Axure, or similar prototyping tools.
  • Solid foundations in typography, color theory, layout, visual design, and interface design.
  • Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing, and synthesizing insights.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and product teams and produce handoff documentation.
  • Strong verbal, visual storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS, workshop facilitation, information design, and cross-functional design sessions is preferred.
