Description

  • Evaluate the current software development lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for generative AI and agents.
  • Define the reference architecture for Agentic SDLC, including agents, models, context, integrations, observability, security, and governance.
  • Build and evolve agentic workflows across all stages of the SDLC.
  • Integrate AI-driven workflows with team tools such as Git, CI/CD, work management, and cloud platforms.
  • Create prototypes, accelerators, and reusable components to support adoption.
  • Work with squads on real pilots and production use cases.
  • Mentor technical teams and create playbooks and guardrails.
  • Track adoption and business/technical outcomes from the initiative.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive large-scale transformation in how software is developed.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or systems architecture.
  • Proven track record of leading technical decisions in enterprise environments with multiple teams.
  • Experience implementing AI tools in the development lifecycle, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or Amazon Q.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
  • Experience with backend development in Python, Java, TypeScript, or equivalent languages.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, test automation, application security, and DevOps.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with agentic patterns such as tool calling, memory, reflection, multi-agent systems, and human-in-the-loop is a plus.
  • Experience with specification-driven methodologies such as BMAD, OpenSpec, or Spec-Kit is a plus.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building MCP servers or clients, is a plus.
  • Experience with RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or GraphRAG architectures is a plus.
  • Background in media, entertainment, streaming, or high-scale digital products is a plus.
  • Must attend the Campinas metropolitan area office regularly if residing in that region.
