Description

  • Build a serverless, multi-tenant agentic AI platform for enterprise operations.
  • Design and implement conversational AI interfaces for operations management, knowledge retrieval, data analysis, and system mutations.
  • Orchestrate intelligent automation across multiple SaaS platforms using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
  • Develop hybrid knowledge base integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateway capabilities.
  • Implement agentic skill orchestration using the Strands Python framework.
  • Build and maintain dual-layer security controls and human-in-the-loop governance for high-impact changes.
  • Ensure tenant isolation, security guardrails, and operational observability across the platform.
  • Support a greenfield solution shaping AI-powered operations in the broadcasting industry.

Requirements

  • Experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore components, including Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity, and Observability.
  • Python development experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Strands, LangChain, or similar.
  • Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, or similar.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and API gateway integration.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with agentic SDLC practices, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and HITL workflows.
  • Experience with AWS serverless services such as Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with LLM security and guardrails implementation, such as prompt injection prevention and content filtering, preferred.
  • Experience with multi-tenancy and identity management in SaaS environments, preferred.
  • Experience with intent classification and conversation flow management, preferred.
  • Experience with observability and performance monitoring, including distributed tracing and token analytics, preferred.
  • Experience with LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation patterns and QA pipelines, preferred.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time telemetry processing, preferred.
  • Experience with foundation model selection, fine-tuning, and prompt optimization, preferred.
