Description

  • Develop and evolve backend applications in Python using Django or FastAPI.
  • Work on the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance.
  • Operate in containerized environments using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Contribute to deployments on AWS using services such as ECS and EKS.
  • Develop and maintain React frontend interfaces for specific needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team by reviewing code, proposing improvements, and ensuring best practices.
  • Apply data analysis knowledge using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Support backend solutions in modern cloud environments and contribute to application modernization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in backend development with Python.
  • Strong experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, especially services used in development such as ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with at least one of the following frameworks: Django or FastAPI.
  • Flask experience will be considered a plus or as a base foundation.
  • Experience with Docker and container concepts.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Experience with React frontend development, even if it is not the main focus.
  • Good version control practices with Git, testing, and clean code.
  • Preferred experience in highly scalable and distributed environments.
  • Preferred knowledge of observability concepts such as logs, metrics, and tracing in cloud applications.
  • Preferred knowledge of Snowflake and DBT.
  • Preferred experience working in agile teams such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • If located in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, in-office presence in the Campinas offices is required according to the current attendance policy.
