Description

  • Define technical and architectural solutions for mobile initiatives, including trade-off analysis with the team and client.
  • Propose innovative solutions to technical and business challenges in mobile development.
  • Ensure the team follows Agile software engineering best practices.
  • Create and manage the project roadmap, including dependencies, risks, and technical debt.
  • Align architectural activities with business solutions and delivery goals.
  • Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
  • Act as an inspiring technical leader recognized by the client as a reference point.
  • Capture and present metrics, delivery targets, and KPIs in technical PDCA discussions with the client.
  • Orchestrate AI agents for large-scale code generation using tools such as Claude-Code.
  • Create and optimize custom prompts and agent skills to automate development and code analysis tasks.
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows to improve mobile development productivity and code quality.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and defending architectural solutions for mobile applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with native Android development.
  • Knowledge of Agile software engineering and DevSecOps practices, including test pyramid, CI/CD, feature toggles, and Clean Architecture.
  • Advanced or fluent English for communication.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude-Code, including creating custom commands.
  • Knowledge of architecture patterns such as MVI and MVVM (preferred).
  • Experience with Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android (preferred).
  • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM) in mobile development (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SDUI (Static Declarative User Interface) (preferred).
  • Experience with mobile test automation tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms that support mobile development (preferred).
  • Experience with prompt engineering and optimizing workflows with generative AI agents (preferred).
  • Knowledge of integrating AI tools into CI/CD pipelines for automated code review and test generation (preferred).
