Description

  • Work with the business team to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate actively in the squad’s agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with the team.
  • Propose viable technical solutions and contribute to product vision.
  • Develop secure, scalable, resilient, and monitorable applications.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices and automated testing.
  • Work in alignment with corporate architecture and IT governance.
  • Gather and deliver functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Participate in the deployment process and follow production release procedures.
  • Document work to support clarity, traceability, and maintainability.
  • Own production changes end to end and support continuous value delivery through incremental releases.

Requirements

  • Strong experience developing APIs with .NET / .NET Core, preferably versions 7, 8, or 9.
  • Experience with Entity Framework.
  • Knowledge of microservices-based architecture.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with non-relational databases.
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
  • Familiarity with caching solutions such as Redis and Memcached.
  • Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration tests.
  • Experience with MediatR or the mediator pattern.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Strong Git and source control experience.
  • Knowledge of secure development practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of containers such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in critical production environments and troubleshooting issues.
  • Preferred: experience with Google Cloud Platform and tools such as GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, and Apigee.
  • Preferred: familiarity with infrastructure as code.
  • Preferred: familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as APM, logs, and metrics.
  • Preferred: knowledge of API Gateway and/or API Proxy.
