Description

  • Design, develop, and evolve backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
  • Define and share architecture and development best practices across the team.
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide technical support to the team.
  • Improve application performance, scalability, and observability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
  • Support quality, security, and technical governance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in backend development using Python.
  • Strong knowledge of FastAPI.
  • Advanced experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling.
  • Experience with distributed architectures and microservices.
  • Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical leadership and architectural decision-making ability.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture is a plus.
  • Experience with highly available systems and high transactional volume is a plus.
