Description

  • Develop and mentor technical leaders, supporting the growth of teams from an engineering perspective.
  • Represent the company in executive meetings with the client and propose integrated, strategic solutions.
  • Support the design of AI-based solutions aligned to the client’s needs and digital transformation goals.
  • Ensure technical teams are adopting AI tools effectively to improve efficiency in their work.
  • Build and implement continuous improvement cycles in engineering practices to increase efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify technical and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with the client’s needs and objectives and deliver added value.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles in solution architecture, preferably with large clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial sector is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with benefits solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence technologies and their practical application in business solutions.
  • Ability to lead technical teams and support professional and technical development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, strategic mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • If residing in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, in-office presence in Campinas is required according to the current attendance policy.
