Description

  • Prepare, consume, and integrate data from multiple sources related to AI usage, including events, logs, and metrics.
  • Perform exploratory analysis to identify adoption patterns, behavior trends, and risks in AI usage.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards that turn technical data into clear views for different audiences.
  • Collaborate with the product team to define metrics, dimensions, and events for AI monitoring.
  • Document business rules, data requirements, and indicator logic to ensure governance and traceability.
  • Present insights in a structured way to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Support product evolution based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL knowledge for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or PySpark.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience with Grafana.
  • Familiarity with notebook environments such as Jupyter or Google Colab.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
  • Ability to tell stories with data and translate analysis into actionable insights.
  • Interest in or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and their use in corporate environments.
  • Analytical curiosity and autonomy to investigate problems.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to adapt in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Experience with data products or data products teams, preferred.
  • Experience with data governance, risk, or compliance, preferred.
  • Experience in metric-driven environments and data-informed decision-making, preferred.
