Description

  • Provide N2/N3 support for mobile and Smart TV applications, investigating and resolving incidents on Android, iOS, and Smart TVs.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in production environments.
  • Analyze logs, crashes, and usage metrics to identify failures and root causes.
  • Work with development teams to fix bugs and implement improvements.
  • Monitor deployments and validate releases in production for mobile and TV applications.
  • Ensure application stability and performance across different devices and platforms.
  • Support N1/N2 teams with technical analysis and solution direction.
  • Document recurring issues and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in application support or development for Android and iOS apps.
  • Knowledge of how Smart TV apps work and are published on Samsung and LG platforms.
  • Experience analyzing logs and using monitoring tools such as Firebase and Crashlytics.
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration.
  • Familiarity with app store publication processes, including Google Play, App Store, Samsung Store, and LG Store.
  • Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Strong analytical ability for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Preferred experience with video streaming applications.
  • Preferred knowledge of TV platforms such as Tizen (Samsung) and WebOS (LG).
  • Preferred experience with CI/CD tools for mobile applications.
  • Preferred knowledge of app performance tuning and optimization.
  • Preferred experience testing and validating apps across multiple devices.
