Description

  • Write test scenarios using Gherkin.
  • Develop automated web tests using Playwright (or similar frameworks like Cypress).
  • Execute manual testing when automated coverage is insufficient or exploratory testing is needed.
  • Create and manage test data and test environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deployment needs.
  • Report and communicate defects and test results clearly and constructively to stakeholders.
  • Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD and continuous testing pipelines.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Brazil (presence in Campinas metropolitan area required if you reside there, per company policy).
  • Experience writing test scenarios with Gherkin.
  • Experience in automation with Playwright or Cypress for web platforms.
  • Experience with web and REST API test automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and continuous testing practices.
  • Experience using API clients such as Postman or Insomnia.
  • Experience working in agile development processes.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript and familiarity with Git version control.
  • Soft skills: proactivity, strong communication, self-management, and an ownership mindset.
