Description

  • Research user needs, desires, and behaviors using interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative activities using Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Inception, and Service Blueprint.
  • Create personas to represent different user demographic and behavioral groups.
  • Map user journeys, flows, and other visual artifacts across different scenarios.
  • Organize product information architecture to support intuitive user navigation.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to translate concepts into design solutions.
  • Collaborate with interface designers, developers, content specialists, and other stakeholders to align user experience and visual design.
  • Conduct usability tests and interface evaluations, then iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Use analytics data to evaluate design effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with business objectives and the Flow strategy.
  • Use AI to analyze user behavior, identify opportunities, and propose experience improvements.
  • Provide guidance, support, and direction for team activities and career development at the team management level.

Requirements

  • Experience in user experience design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Inception, Service Blueprint, and related design methods.
  • Experience creating personas, journey maps, flows, and other UX artifacts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, interface designers, content specialists, and stakeholders.
  • Strong focus on accessibility, inclusion, and designing for users with disabilities and diverse interaction needs.
  • Ability to use analytics data to inform design decisions and identify improvement areas.
  • Interest in staying current with UX design trends and best practices through events, courses, and communities.
  • Experience using AI to understand user behavior and support design decisions.
  • Ability to contribute at position map level 4 by supporting team management, guidance, and career development.
  • Preference for candidates aligned with remote/home office work in Brazil.
