Description

  • Define and document software architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement scalable and resilient technical solutions.
  • Lead technology decisions and define development standards.
  • Guide development teams in applying best practices.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks in projects.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept work and evaluate new technologies.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to balance business needs and technical excellence.
  • Mentor junior developers on technical topics.
  • Participate in the evolution of existing system architecture.
  • Support deployments and solution delivery in the client’s environments as part of change management.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead in backend and mobile contexts.
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Experience with AWS cloud.
  • Experience with microservices and monolithic architectures.
  • Experience with containers and messaging/queue systems.
  • Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Flutter experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead technically and influence without formal authority.
