Description

  • Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
  • Build automation with Flows, declarative tools, API integrations, and Mulesoft.
  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, change sets, and version control workflows.
  • Apply Salesforce development best practices and security standards to delivered solutions.
  • Work on Sales Cloud processes such as lead and opportunity lifecycle management, assignment rules, auto-conversion, and custom quote flows.
  • Support Service Cloud capabilities including case management, Omni-Channel routing, Entitlement Processes, Knowledge Base, and Agent Workspace.
  • Develop and customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences.
  • Support Agentforce use cases such as AI-powered prompts, voice and chat flows, and customer action orchestration.
  • Use Data Cloud to ingest real-time data, build unified customer profiles, activate segments, and support personalization use cases.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and clients to translate user stories into technical solutions and deliver quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools, and basic integrations.
  • Exposure to client communication and delivery tracking within a team.
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds, especially Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, is preferred.
  • Exposure to Data Cloud, Agentforce, or industry cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is a strong plus.
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Admin certification is a strong plus.
  • Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, or Experience Cloud Consultant certification is optional but helpful.
