Description

  • Conduct studies and analyses to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in customer registry data.
  • Design and build statistical and predictive models for inference, recommendation, and data enrichment.
  • Develop Golden Record models to produce the best consolidated version of customer records.
  • Apply graph techniques to detect links, clusters, and complex relationship patterns between entities in the registry.
  • Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data to extract insights and enable downstream use.
  • Perform data profiling, imputation, and enrichment to improve dataset completeness and quality.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement of data quality.
  • Support data governance initiatives and Master Data Management (MDM) projects.
  • Document methodologies, processes, and results clearly and accessibly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building statistical and predictive models (Linear and Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting).
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with classification and clustering techniques (e.g., K-Means, DBSCAN).
  • Knowledge of graph modeling and analysis (e.g., Neo4j, Graph Data Science) considered an important differential.
  • Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure and Databricks.
  • Familiarity with Azure ML, Databricks and other AI platforms.
  • Experience with GenAI and modern data science techniques (LLMs, embeddings, multimodal models).
  • Experience in financial institutions, banks, and/or insurance companies.
  • Participation in projects related to corporate registry, CRM, or data governance and data modeling/quality practices.
  • Work arrangement: remote/home-office possible, but mandatory in-office presence required if residing in the Região Metropolitana de Campinas per company policy.
