Description

  • Drive growth and development of Circit’s mid-market bank and asset management partnership network within North America.
  • Originate new partnership deals and manage the partnership funnel from qualification through to close.
  • Perform high-quality demos of the Circit technology platform to key decision makers at banks, asset managers, and fund service providers.
  • Coordinate closely with the North American auditor sales team to align strategies and prioritise joint efforts.
  • Develop structured segmentation models to categorise target firms by type, geography, scale, and strategic relevance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to lead processing flows, including opportunities to streamline or automate.
  • Capture and relay partner feedback into product and strategy teams to ensure product-market alignment.
  • Represent Circit at industry events and conferences to build brand presence and establish key relationships.
  • Assist and coordinate partner onboarding activities, including infosec engagement, documentation, training, and platform configuration.
  • Work with marketing and design teams to produce and refine product marketing and engagement materials for partnership outreach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ industry experience in Asset Management, Fund Administration, Custodianship, PE, Asset Servicing, or related financial services ecosystem.
  • 2+ years’ sales experience in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of distinctions between asset managers, fund administrators, custodians, transfer agents, trust banks, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across financial institutions.
  • Highly analytical with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building new processes, testing ideas, and owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Ability to perform technology platform demos to a very high standard.
  • Passion for technology innovation, automation, APIs, fintech, or AI-driven transformation in financial services (preferred).
  • Contacts within asset managers and fund service providers in the USA and Canada (desirable).
  • Experience or knowledge of the audit industry, open banking/APIs, and/or early-stage/high-growth SaaS environments (desirable); this role is remote and preferably based in North America, though other regions may be considered.
