Description

  • Drive the growth and development of Circit’s bank partnership network in North America.
  • Create new deals and manage the partnership funnel from origination through close.
  • Deliver product demos to key decision makers at top-tier banks.
  • Provide partner feedback to the product and strategy teams to keep the platform aligned with market needs.
  • Work with the North American auditor and asset management sales team to align priorities and strategy.
  • Represent Circit at industry events and conferences to build brand presence and relationships.
  • Support onboarding of new partners, including infosec engagement, documentation, training, and platform configuration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams on partnership outreach and engagement materials.
  • Help hire additional sales and partnership resources to expand deal origination and closing capacity.
  • Grow awareness and trust of the Circit brand in the North American market.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience across all stages of the sales funnel, including origination, progression, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially sharp, adaptable, and comfortable owning an entire market.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow the market client by client.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborate with the Americas team and wider company.
  • Willingness to work remotely and travel to customers, partners, and industry events across the USA and Canada.
  • Contacts within tier-one banks in the USA and Canada are desired.
  • Experience or knowledge of the audit industry, open banking and/or APIs, or the asset management/fund service provider industry is desired.
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments is desired.
