Description

  • Drive the growth and development of Circit’s asset management partnership network across North America.
  • Create new deals and move partnership opportunities from origination through to close.
  • Deliver product demos to decision makers at asset managers, fund administrators, custodian banks, and transfer agents.
  • Act as a feedback loop between partner engagements and the product and strategy teams.
  • Collaborate with the North American auditor and bank sales team to align priorities and execution.
  • Represent Circit at industry events and conferences to build brand presence and relationships.
  • Support new partner onboarding, including infosec engagement, documentation, training, and platform configuration.
  • Work with marketing and design to ensure partnership outreach and engagement materials are effective.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and partner strategies to optimize growth and positioning.
  • Stay current on regulatory and technical developments in asset management, fintech, auditing, open banking, and digital assets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally in asset management or fund services.
  • Strong understanding of the asset management and fund services industry.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales funnel, including origination, progression, and closing.
  • Ability to confidently deliver technology platform demos.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially sharp, adaptable, and comfortable owning an entire market.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow the market.
  • Preferred: existing contacts within asset managers and fund service providers in the USA and Canada.
  • Preferred: experience or knowledge of the audit industry, open banking, APIs, early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Remote role open to applicants across North America, with travel required across the USA and Canada.
