Description

  • Manage ongoing operations with a wide array of partners including banks, law firms, funds and crypto exchanges.
  • Coordinate and manage a growing list of partner accounts through a high-growth phase.
  • Monitor platform activity to ensure key KPIs (completeness, conversion, turn-around times) meet targets.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly partner metrics in team and company updates.
  • Arrange and coordinate platform demos with key contacts in the partner network.
  • Identify, suggest, implement and nurture new tools and processes to improve partnership efficiency.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with key partner contacts to foster collaboration and longevity.
  • Record and communicate partner requests and complaints to the appropriate Circit teams.
  • Work closely with customer success and support teams to ensure fast and satisfactory resolution of partner issues and uncover deeper integration opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Excellent communicator able to confidently interact with partners in banking, law and fund sectors.
  • Determined, metrics-focused mindset with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Able to collaborate across teams but also make independent decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, positive and realistic approach to work, and a continual learner.
  • Passion for technology innovation, fintech and crypto.
  • Experience in a growth-stage SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Experience in the fintech, banking or audit industry is a plus.
  • Role preferably Dublin-based but open to other locations for the right candidate.
