Description

  • Collect, review, analyze, and manage system and user requirements from executive leadership and translate them into documentation, presentations, or analysis drafts.
  • Analyze business processes for gaps and document workflows using standard operating procedures, process maps, or diagrams.
  • Apply analytical methods such as ROI analysis, business case analysis, and decision analysis to support business decisions.
  • Create process and activity diagrams, flow diagrams, and related documentation.
  • Research and recommend solutions that improve work efficiency and business processes.
  • Work across multiple projects and stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Support solution assessment and validation, including user acceptance testing, defect reporting, and issue tracking.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to address priorities, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Support project discovery, kickoff, proposals, and statements of work in accordance with company standards.
  • Establish project milestones, delivery dates, critical paths, test strategy, test plans, and weekly/monthly status reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Finance, IT, Operations, and Quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation and presentations with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and be a self-starter.
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations across all phases of a project, from requirements through deployment.
  • Business acumen to communicate effectively during day-to-day operations and IT service delivery.
  • Knowledge of partner and product lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting projects in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment is preferred.
