Description

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for a Chooose domain.
  • Work with engineers and designers to deliver products for aviation fuel suppliers and fuel buyers.
  • Spend time with customers to deeply understand the aviation fuel market and customer needs.
  • Drive high-velocity execution with a distributed product team.
  • Prototype rapidly using modern AI and product development tools to accelerate delivery.
  • Translate complex systems into clear, user-centered solutions.
  • Stay current on AI tooling, industry trends, and emerging applications and apply relevant insights to the product team.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations.
  • Balance intuition with data when making product decisions.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience in an enterprise context.
  • Strong customer empathy and design thinking.
  • Passion for AI, demonstrated through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, plus staying current on tools.
  • Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems, including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.
  • Ability to translate LLM concepts into reliable, user-facing products.
  • Fluency with modern prototyping tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and comfort with Figma.
  • Fluency in data and experimentation, including knowing when the answer cannot be found in the data.
  • Proven ability to lead small technical teams toward ambitious product goals with urgency.
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and communicate complex systems clearly.
  • Native-level English writing and speaking skills.
  • Preferred: experience building in financial, enterprise, or compliance-heavy domains.
  • Preferred: experience in high-growth startups.
  • Preferred: experience getting results on a distributed team.
  • Preferred: Polish language skills.
