Description

Own end-to-end oversight of monthly and quarterly data submission cycles for a dedicated enterprise account.
Lead and develop a team responsible for submission tracking, provider outreach, workflow management, and exception remediation.
Establish and manage internal review processes for data exceptions before issues are escalated to the client.
Resolve data quality issues across trial balances, general ledgers, loan data, aging schedules, and property-level reporting.
Serve as the final internal decision-maker on escalations and ensure issues are fully documented and vetted.
Oversee source-specific data mapping, raw data intake, and field-level validation as provider systems change.
Partner with internal technical teams to maintain data integrity across all provider submissions on the Cherre platform.
Manage standardized reporting templates and maintain business rule validation logic to improve data quality standards.
Serve as the senior escalation point for third-party data providers and maintain strong provider relationships.
Own enterprise account SOP documentation, performance reporting, and governance standards for access, escalation tracking, and data quality logging.

Requirements

6-10 years of experience in real estate data management, financial reporting operations, or managed services delivery.
Strong knowledge of property-level financial data, including general ledger structures, trial balances, loan data, rent rolls, operating statements, and variance analysis.
Experience managing and developing teams in a high-volume, structured data operations environment with multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to serve as a senior client-facing representative and deliver executive-level reporting to institutional audiences.
Hands-on experience working with property managers, asset managers, and fund administrators as data providers.
Familiarity with data submission platforms, ticketing systems, and SLA-driven service delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data issues for technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated interest in technology-forward approaches, including automation and AI-assisted workflows.
Experience with the Cherre platform or similar real estate data aggregation and submission tools, preferred.
Exposure to data mapping, normalization, or schema translation workflows, preferred.
Background supporting global portfolios across multiple time zones and geographies, preferred.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and KPI reporting across accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and conformity dimensions, preferred.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools or workflow automation in an operational context, preferred.

Competitive base salary of $125,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
