Description

  • Record short, clear audio snippets in Bahasa Malaysia or English using a Malaysian accent.
  • Follow assigned call scripts and adapt them naturally to your tone and colloquial language.
  • Record banking-related scenarios such as fund transfers, DuitNow, transaction history enquiries, savings pockets, loans, and mortgage payments.
  • Upload completed recordings through the provided app after registration.
  • Review and correct automated speech-to-text transcriptions where needed.
  • Complete the assigned script package within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Record in varied environments such as home, café, car, or outdoors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy throughout the project.
  • Communicate proactively with the Project Manager about questions or issues.

Requirements

  • Must speak Bahasa Malaysia and English comfortably.
  • Authentic Malaysian accents are highly valued.
  • Willingness to read and follow project guidelines and audio recording SOPs.
  • Confidence handling short audio recordings of approximately 2–30 seconds each.
  • Ability to complete each assigned script package within 48 hours.
  • Access to a mobile device with a microphone suitable for recording.
  • Ability to work fully remotely and communicate via Discord.
  • Ability to complete the full assigned script package.
  • Representation from different Malaysian voices across race, gender, age, accents, and speaking styles is preferred.
  • Short-term availability for a project starting in January 2025, exact start date to be confirmed.
