Description

  • Act as project manager for the RFP process, coordinating deliverables, deadlines, and Salesforce updates.
  • Develop tactical digital media plans aligned with Channel Factory products and client KPIs.
  • Curate sample targeting lists that match a brand’s intended audience.
  • Respond to client and sales questions about products, media specs, third-party tags, and research studies.
  • Partner with Account Management to transition campaigns smoothly from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Review product, market, and historical campaign data and incorporate insights into RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and pitch opportunities to inactive clients.
  • Help build sales materials such as case studies, RFIs, client spec sheets, best practices, market trends, and product updates.
  • Maintain attention to detail across stakeholder communication, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience at a digital media agency or ad tech publisher/advertising sales organization in an assistant digital media planner, digital media planner, or assistant Strategist/Sales Planner role.
  • 1+ years of hands-on planning or campaign implementation experience in digital video advertising within an auction marketplace such as YouTube via Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, PMD, Programmatic, and/or DV360.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of media math and terminology.
  • Self-starter who operates with urgency and discipline across various time zones.
  • Highly organized with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to collaborate within a team and work independently while managing up, down, and across departments.
  • Proficiency with Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs.
  • Strong verbal and written storytelling and presentation skills, including PowerPoint, status calls, and email communication.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
  • Occasional travel required for in-person collaboration, meetings, and trainings.
  • Interest in the sales cycle and potential growth into a Sales Representative or Account Manager role is preferred.
