Description

  • Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images across customer organizations.
  • Partner with account teams to understand customer goals, pain points, and solution strategies.
  • Support value realization and retention through technical guidance and implementation work.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact and guide customers through onboarding.
  • Test, document, and help ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer requirements and influence priorities.
  • Maintain account-level architecture documentation and share best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate, teach, and learn with internal teams to support customer success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience developing high-performance, multi-tier applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers.
  • 2+ years in a pre-sales or post-sales customer-facing role.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of software development processes, practices, and engineering design concepts.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams and business partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
