Description

  • Perform import/export sales of steel products including coils, sheets, plates, stainless steel, pipe and tubing, shapes, and wire rods.
  • Develop new customers, products, business areas, and sales opportunities.
  • Manage customer, supplier, and business partner relationships to support overall commercial activity.
  • Coordinate sourcing, inventory, logistics, and customer service to meet customer requests and requirements.
  • Review market analysis to assess customer needs, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and products to inform commercial decisions.
  • Handle customer and vendor disputes, claims, and related problem-solving as needed.
  • Support other duties within the scope of the role as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and trading within the steel industry.
  • Experience managing sales, customer accounts, and customer needs.
  • Ability to resolve problems involving customers and vendors, including disputes and claims.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop plans that support organizational goals.
  • Good business acumen with understanding of market conditions and competitive impact.
  • Cost-conscious mindset with a focus on contributing to profits and revenue.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual Korean and English is a plus, but not required.

  • Salary of $80,000–$90,000.
