Description

  • Research, interpret, and evaluate information related to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States.
  • Complete provider credentialing, licensure, and payor enrollment applications on behalf of Certify customers.
  • Validate and authenticate updates in the credentialing and licensing platform to maintain accuracy.
  • Communicate with providers and clients by email when additional information is needed.
  • Support monitoring activities and new client implementation projects as needed.
  • Summarize research findings and create clear, concise guideline documents for Certify customers.
  • Assist with additional ad hoc operations projects as assigned.
  • Work closely with the team lead and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
  • Ability to conduct high-volume research, especially using Google.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in credentialing, licensing, enrollment, or provider data operations is not explicitly required but is relevant to the role.
  • US-based and able to work remotely from eligible locations including Columbus, Dallas, Texas, Florida, or Ohio.
