Description

  • Oversee core Salesforce administrative functions, including profiles, roles, permission sets, data management, and system maintenance.
  • Configure and optimize page layouts, flows, validation rules, formula fields, and other declarative features.
  • Conduct internal system audits, manage platform upgrades, and maintain security and system integrity.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and implement platform improvements.
  • Oversee third-party applications and integrations within the GTM tech stack.
  • Ensure Salesforce supports marketing automation, sales enablement, and related business tools.
  • Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend or implement new functionality.
  • Support scalable process improvements that align Salesforce with company goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in declarative development, including flows and validation rules.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to improve efficiency and growth.
  • Experience with GTM tech stack applications and integrations.
  • Self-starter with a "get stuff done" attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
