Description

  • Resolve daily support requests through Slack and ticketing systems.
  • Manage user identities, onboarding, offboarding, permissions, licenses, and access policies across Google Workspace, GitHub, Notion, 1Password, and other SaaS tools.
  • Administer SaaS platforms, including provisioning, license management, vendor evaluation, and integrations.
  • Build automation using Terraform, Python, Bash, APIs, Slack workflows, monitoring snippets, and bots.
  • Support security operations, including YubiKey setup, access reviews, and security policy processes.
  • Execute deployments and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
  • Operate GCP services including Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL, along with Cloudflare DNS, WAF, and Access.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and repeatable processes.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps and Security lead on larger infrastructure changes, compliance engineering, and SOC 2 activities.
  • Work across European and US time zones and develop practical Web3 and blockchain operations knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, IT operations, or MSP roles.
  • Demonstrable Python, Go, JavaScript, or Bash automation that eliminates repetitive work.
  • Hands-on experience operating production workloads on a public cloud; GCP experience is preferred.
  • Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace or an equivalent identity platform and managing multi-SaaS environments.
  • Solid Git/GitHub knowledge and familiarity with CI/CD concepts.
  • Excellent written English and a documentation-first, process-oriented approach.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity.
  • Preferred: deep GCP experience, Terraform/IaC, Cloudflare, or exposure to SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Web3 or blockchain experience is preferred but not required.
