Description

  • Collaborate with the National Accounts team to gather, analyze, and interpret sales data.
  • Support and maintain relationships with key national customers including Absco, Walmart, Kroger, and Target.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools to monitor sales metrics and trends.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate sales performance, strategies, and insights.
  • Summarize complex data into concise visuals and materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales forecasts, budgets, and inventory planning.
  • Evaluate historical sales data to improve forecast accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
  • Provide analytics support, field execution tracking, reporting, and project management for other assigned initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Development in the CPG industry.
  • Preference for experience in the beverage category, especially energy drinks.
  • Strong understanding of syndicated data sources such as Spins, IRI, and Nielsen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivots, basic formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and software preferred, such as SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with retail systems such as Luminate, Circana, Retail Link, Item360, and STIBO.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and complex information with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
