Description

  • Seek out, sell, and cultivate new business opportunities within the Fitness/Specialty Channel.
  • Strengthen and expand existing partnerships with distributor and retailer partners.
  • Execute the Celsius sales plan by driving shelf distribution, cold box placement, promotional execution, displays, and brand collateral placement at retail.
  • Secure new outlet availability by influencing distributors through route rides, crew drives, and local or regional key account calls.
  • Participate in local and regional fitness field sales strategies, planning, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Provide real-time field feedback, identify opportunities, share results, and offer strategic direction using the field sales platform.
  • Communicate sales, marketing, and execution opportunities to assigned distributor partners.
  • Assist District and/or Regional Sales Managers with bill backs and other assigned duties.
  • Participate in weekly recap and planning calls to review objectives, results, barriers, and opportunities.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel, and physically set up displays, adjust shelves, and move product as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Deep understanding of the assigned territory and surrounding area.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Fitness/Specialty Channel experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including about 60% travel outside the local market and overnight travel.
  • Ability to bend and lift to set up displays, adjust shelves during resets, and move product, with or without accommodation.
