Description

  • Own sales performance against targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory account and business plans to drive adoption and pull-through of gedatolisib.
  • Identify and address access barriers in partnership with Market Access, Marketing, and other commercial teams.
  • Work compliantly with the Medical Science Liaison to educate the local breast cancer community and respond to clinical/medical inquiries.
  • Present gedatolisib in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner and help customers understand appropriate use.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
  • Represent Celcuity at regional and local medical conferences to increase access to health care professionals.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Market Analytics, and Sales Operations on territory management, CRM, targeting, leads, and reporting systems.
  • Complete required clinical, disease-state, and skill development training on time.
  • Maintain operating costs within budget and support ad hoc business projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; scientific or business degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales or similar customer-facing experience, such as key account management, market access, or thought leader engagement.
  • 3+ years of strong results-oriented sales performance in oncology biotech or pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated track record of success as a top sales performer.
  • Experience selling scientifically innovative products that require multiple stakeholder buy-in for access.
  • Experience selling in a competitive market.
  • Strong technical understanding of Buy and Bill and oncology medical benefit experience.
  • Recent breast cancer experience within the last 10 years preferred.
  • Established relationships with breast cancer treaters and experts in the assigned territory preferred.
  • Oncology branded drug launch experience preferred.
  • Experience in both small/emerging biopharma and mature, full-scale biopharma organizations preferred.
  • Experience in solid tumors preferred over hematology-only experience.
