Description

  • Own performance against sales targets in an assigned territory.
  • Develop territory account and business plans to execute sales strategies for gedatolisib and achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and help remove barriers to patient access in partnership with Market Access, Marketing, and other commercial teams.
  • Work compliantly with the assigned Medical Science Liaison to educate the local breast cancer community and address clinical inquiries.
  • Present gedatolisib in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner to help customers understand its benefits and appropriate use.
  • Build awareness of gedatolisib and confidence in drug administration using approved resources.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
  • Represent Celcuity at regional and local medical conferences to increase access to health care professionals.
  • Collaborate across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Market Analytics, and Sales Operations to shape territory strategy and execution.
  • Manage resource utilization and operating costs within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; scientific or business degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales or similar customer-facing experience, such as key account management, market access, or thought leader engagement.
  • 3+ years of results-oriented sales performance in oncology biotech or pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated track record as a top sales performer.
  • Experience selling scientifically innovative products that require multiple stakeholder buy-in to enable access.
  • Experience selling in a competitive market.
  • Strong technical understanding of Buy and Bill and medical benefit processes in oncology.
  • Recent breast cancer experience within the last 10 years preferred.
  • Established relationships and access to breast cancer treaters and experts within the assigned territory preferred.
  • Oncology branded drug launch experience preferred.

  • Base salary range of $185,000-$215,000 DOE.
