Description

  • Own AI engagements end-to-end as the strategic lead, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers on implementation.
  • Run discovery across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to assess AI readiness and strategic goals.
  • Design AI operating models, outcome maps, maturity assessments, and adoption roadmaps aligned with Anthropic’s platform.
  • Lead executive workshops, enablement sessions, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Direct FDE work involving Claude Code, prompt architecture, and workflow automation.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, shape follow-on scope, and build long-term executive client relationships.
  • Attend on-site final Catalyst blocks for readouts, workshops, and executive presentations.
  • Contribute reusable frameworks, delivery artifacts, and methodology improvements to the practice.
  • Lead engagements spanning multiple teams, platforms, and business functions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development or technical architecture experience across varied stacks, including hyperscaler environments.
  • 3+ years in engineering leadership, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a combination.
  • Experience engaging stakeholders across engineering, operations, product, and other business functions.
  • Experience designing or advising on AI operating models, technology adoption strategies, or digital transformation programs.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tools.
  • Certified Claude Architect.
  • Experience leading stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops for technical and business audiences.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including presenting to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leaders.
  • Experience delivering professional services engagements, including scope management, deliverable ownership, and client advisory.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software development workflows.
  • Experience mapping AI initiatives to business outcomes and executive-level ROI framing preferred.
  • Experience with solutions architecture, platform engineering, enterprise technology strategy, LLM prompt engineering, agentic AI, or AI product development preferred.
  • Up to 50% travel may be required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
